Well let me clear it for you.
Have you ever seen or notice what a difference between you and your friends.
Have you ?
Well if not yet then next time notice it.
Here I gonna differenciate successful people and unsuccessful people.
Many of you gonna successful in future. But those who didn't get success or can't achieve something big are not meaningless or worthless
Do you think you think which characterstic makes your friends different from you.
You surely read the above quote
"You think about Million Dollars Job
But I think about Billions dollars business."
This quote create a difference between the one who said it and the rest of the people who are willing to do a million dollars slavery.
No I am not going to say that job is a slavery but if you doing a job without your own interest than it's a salary doesn't matter you getting paid in thousand or in million
Back to the topic the things which make you different from your friends is a thought process.
You also have a two eyes two ear two hand one mouth but the thing which really makes you different from entire world is your thought process.
One can't achieve something big with a negative thought process.
Your thoughts process build your personality and your personality create or show your attitude.
And bad or wrong attitude. Can't be helpful to achieve big success.
If you studies to get good marks
Good marks help you to get admission in a famous University.
University help you to get a better placement in a MNC with a million dollars package then I regret that you are not different from rest of 90% people who are doing same or willing to doing it.
Untill you studies just to get a million dollars job
Sorry you never be a Boss.
Well it doesn't make me a sense that someone after doing very hard work in studies then get a job and ride it's dream car after retirement or passing very energetic beutiful and worth full 50 Autumn's.
You want to know the differencian

We all ran after employment
Why we aren't create a employment
We all willing to get million dollars package
Why we didn't think to give a million dollars package
You tell me who is thinking different from rest of assholes
One who thinking about Job in MNC (Multinational Company ) or One who thinking about creating his or her own MNC.
May be second one didn't acheive his goal. But still he or she is better than First one, because he tries to think different.
He want to do something different something. He willing to stand out of que.
Success doesn't matters Everytime sometimes failure is also a success when you tries to do something different, because you get learning which definitely leads to success.
If Jeff bezoz think about getting well paid job then today Amazon is not a World's most net worth company and He is not a World's First centi- Billionaire.
Even you didn't know who the hell is Jeff Bezoz.
So it's a difference between every individual which is because of our differ thought process.
