Good morning to all of you, and a very warm welcome here guys.
Guys have you ever face a situation where you were compared with an another guy, may be your teacher, your parents or anyone else were doing these comparisons.
I also experience such situation many times. And really I totally found it funny to compare our son with Desouza's uncle son. Each and every child (or we can say everybody) in this world is different from any other guy, with respect to mind level, physically, socially, or mentally. each child has different brain level some are with high-performance level while some are with slow performance level.
Actually, no one is with slow performance level. All individual has an equal brain and they use their brain according to the task.
May be some guys love to study so their performance level is high and we think that guys are with good mind level while some other guy on other hands who didn't perform well in a study because he didn't love to do it may be he perform better in some other field.
So, when God isn't made difference between our brain level then who are you? To made difference between child.
That's guys is dumb or see that one he was born with Einstein's brain.
Really it's totally shit.
No one is dumb we all are different with respect to our interest not by brain level.
Some are good in study, some perform well in Art, some guys play sports very well while other enjoy writing. So we all have an equal brain the point is we all have a different passion or interest field and we put our effort on that and we perform well. So it's not fair to compare 2 children who are well in their interest field.
Now the question arises Is competition (comparison) is totally full of shit?
No competition is very necessary to judge your level, competition inspires us to perform well, and result motivates us to perform best.
But instead to compete with your
fellow-employee you should compete with yourself.
If you really love the comparison, compare your past and your present.
Think what you are yesterday and what you going to be today.
Compare how much you learn yesterday and how much you going to learn today.
Compare yourself.
Take a paper and pen and start plotting your graph about your performance honestly, and you get know your performance level and a result will surely motivate you to perform better.
And that's a fair way of comparison.
In today's life, we all are busy to judge another level, no one has time to think about himself. We always busy to compare another level. And we didn't know where we stand. So, guys, it's better to compare your performance level instead to compare others.
And note the given point guys it's really truth......
Swami Vivekanand said that-
- If you compare yourself with others then you insulting yourself not others
So guys stop compete with you classmate or
fellow-employee and start compete with yourself and it's not an easy task you need some quality like - honesty, strong determination and you have to be crazy about your passion.

So guys start the new journey...

Never insult yourself by comparing yourself.
