Right orientation

Hello
So you are here again...
I'm too.. after a long time.
(Just learning more and exploring more and exploration is always a key to experience) 

So today we talk about orientation.
 I'm not good in English but orientation means focused ( here we use this as a focused pathway or oriented ) 

You are always driven by your orientation of doing something in order to achieve something. 
So where should you focused or towards which you have to orientated? 
Think? 


Focused on Process, not on Result 




As far as I think 
You should be process-oriented instead of result-oriented. 

The guy who focused on the result always worries about the result. You keep focusing on end result ... Always thinking about it and so you end up doing nothing or doing things in an incorrect manner.
I thought we should be process-oriented that what we have in control.

Result of any activity is the result of the process you follow in order to do that.. so if you focused on process and procedure there is less or no time to think .. instead you act ... And action is the thing which turns to result 
And the result is what you want ... 

So if the process is focused and the procedure is done with the right manner ... There is less chance of getting bad results.
While focusing on the result you end up thinking all days and no action.

Also, don't be confused that result is not important. keep the result in mind .. that a goal.. but focused on process n procedure that a road which takes you towards your goal.

So instead of being result orientated be a process-oriented.

Along with this. I wanna share my personal experience.. at starting I focused on writing blogs on a topic I have in my mind. I just sharing my thoughts with you...everyone in my circle underestimates me that I'm not writing meaningful or worthful blog.. just wasting other time and my effort ... Also in starting I'm not getting so much comment and loves from you..but I keep focusing on my process.. .end result was not in my hand. 
The thing over which I have full control is my action..and today after a long break when I open my blog site. I'm amazed by your comment support appreciation n love. 
Thanks a lot, you all guys 

So after writing this small thanks letter, I wanna attract your mind towards orientation.. if I focused on result maybe I quit .. because of lack of the desired result.. but I choose to be process-oriented and keep my process ongoing without thinking about the result and as a result, you all appreciate n motivate me...
